You cant really play this white enchantment in decks with more than two or three colors because those decks tend to cut basic lands for mana-fixing lands, but any deck with a healthy number of basics can easily exile a creature or planeswalker
It seems unfair to judge them on the same rubric as playable cards
Where do we base this on
WOTC, Vintage or Modern
They'll contain three common cards, two uncommons, one 'wildcard' of any rarity, and a seventh card that may be "a land, a traditional foil, or a Special Guests card"
