mtg card smith Universes Beyond - Devil May Cry by Newton281 William, the Reincarnator by MrMimicry

The Molten-Tail version is far more powerful and far better suited at dealing with midrange creatures what with having twice the mana efficiency on damage output

The card is an absolute beast, but players were more interested in a little bit of rules text that mentioned battle among the card types affected by her ability

I've come up with a few

Effects that nab only one card arent really what youre looking for in terms of card draw, unless they have other uses, and anything that draws one card for 4 or more mana is too weak for this list, with rare exceptions

It has the Deathtouch trait, which means that any creatures dealt damage by this card are destroyed

As a card drawer, Blast of Genius actually has a passable rate and could potentially help justify a control deck without Sphinxs Revelation
