offer up pokemon cards Umbreon Ex #176 Black Star Promo S&V Full Art NM for Sale in Jericho, NY Bought this off of OfferUp
Description
This art looks soft and comforting, like it has glided straight out of the pages of a colourful childrens picture book
This is based on the full rules guide that you can find on the main Pokemon website here
Magic hadn't tried to tell that story before through card design
Added Reprogrammed Security Droid
Not too shabby at all, especially for the lucky collectors who managed to pull it with just one pack
Collector tip: Signed editions are vulnerable to tampering and condition issues always verify authentication and choose encapsulated copies if possible
