This card is frequently found in near-mint (NM) or lightly played (LP) conditions, but you will struggle to find it in heavily played (HP) conditions

Once on your turn, you can discard a Psychic Energy from your hand in order to heal all your Pokemon 30 damage each

This card along with a few other chase cards has made Surging Sparks a very popular set with booster boxes typically sitting around $240-250 which is $80-90 higher than MSRP

Judge explains the investment theory: Supply is fixed (Pokmon isnt reprinting old cards), demand keeps growing (the nostalgic Millennial buyer pool isnt getting smaller), and conditions matter enormously (a professionally graded, pristine card can be worth 10 to 100 times more than the same card in rough shape)

A PSA 10 Charizard can be worth 5x a raw card
