Description
Ancestral Recall is just off the charts, and like Library of Alexandria, it's banned everywhere save Vintage, where you can have just a single copy in your deck
Of course, with 50 new cards per deck, that leaves only half of each deck to talk about in terms of reprint value
However, in a dedicated Dragon deck, you can recur ramp spells, cantrips, or other role-players
It works as removal, ramp and can just kill your opponent as needed
Are you benefitting a lot by slapping this into the Ur-Dragon and getting to reduce your Commander just to tax
Play more evasive creatures and deal more damage, mill more cards
