Description
Tool cards are essentially perks or bonuses for your Pokmon
All Trainers and Pokemon grow and evolveand this expansion restores the very first Pokemon trading cards to glory
Some of the cards have characteristics that have made them more expensive, such as an error in which a drop shadow had been removed
The chase cards from this set can sell for upwards of $3,000.00 each, depending on their condition
On top of that, it forces opponents to discard when it enters, and if they cant, you get to draw
But the mechanic still proved to be very powerful despite this change in design and still is to this day
