In the first few turns, I figure getting a Lander token is better than drawing a card, but then Landers start to drop off in value, massively dropping later game

Essentially, this allowed the player to routinely summon powerful Pokmon without any setup or real investment, because they didn't need to worry about evolving them

It is an underrated deck as it is not that easy to play, but it has managed to put up multiple impressive results in the last few months even while being very underrepresented
